Deaglo is looking for a driven Client Engagement Associate to join our Brasil Client Engagement Team. We empower corporates, asset managers, and financial institutions around the world with cutting-edge, data-driven Global risk management, accounting, and technology solutions across FX and interest rates.
As part of the Client Engagement Team, you will play a hands-on role in driving commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, developing outbound strategies, and initiating conversations with key decision-makers across corporates and investment funds. This is a great opportunity for someone with early commercial experience who wants to take ownership and grow quickly in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Proactively identify and research potential clients through cold calls, outbound emails, social media, and digital tools.
- Qualify leads based on Deaglo’s ideal customer profile and strategic fit.
Pipeline & Opportunity Development
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline from initial contact through qualification.
- Set and attend discovery meetings with senior stakeholders to understand client needs.
Strategic Outreach
- Execute structured, multi-channel outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, phone, and email.
- Drive engagement and ensure low no-show rates with personalized follow-ups and meeting confirmations.
Sales Process & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in HubSpot.
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute insights to continuously improve targeting and messaging.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with senior Risk Management, marketing, and product teams to optimize value propositions and outreach strategies.
- Provide market feedback to influence campaign design and product positioning.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in sales outreach, lead generation, or business development roles (BDR /SDR). Experience in consulting firms, financial services, fintech, or SaaS is preferred.
- Skills: Understanding of financial markets and related instruments, including risk management products and derivatives.
- Sales Fundamentals: Confidence in initiating conversations and handling objections.
- Tools & Tech: Proficiency with CRMs (especially HubSpot), sales engagement tools, and Google Workspace.
- Languages: Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (B2–C1 level) is required. Spanish is a plus.
- Communication: Clear, concise communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ownership & Structure: Organized, KPI-driven, and capable of self-managing your outreach plans and performance analysis.
