Deaglo is seeking a technically focused, AI-native Junior Operations Associate to help design, automate, and optimize internal workflows across sales, marketing, and account management.

This is not a traditional “admin ops” role. You’ll be expected to build systems, automate repetitive work, improve tool reliability, and ensure operational execution stays tight as Deaglo grows.

You will work closely with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, implement automation, and ensure the company scales efficiently without unnecessary headcount. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and significant ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Workflow Automation & AI Enablement

  • Research, design, build, and maintain automated workflows using workflow tools (Zapier, Google, N8N)
  • Identify repetitive, manual tasks across teams and replace them with scalable, automated solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve internal efficiency (e.g., CRM updates, reporting, task routing, Google ecosystem).

Operational Execution & Internal Controls

  • Own core operational processes such as CRM hygiene, activity logging, and internal reporting.
  • Support in CRM Data Clean-up ensuring key metrics are properly logged and tracked.
  • Proactively flag operational risks, missed follow-ups, or account management issues.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Engagement teams to support execution through better systems and tooling.
  • Build lightweight processes that improve speed and accountability without adding bureaucracy.
  • Translate business needs into practical, tech-enabled solutions.

Systems & Tooling Ownership

  • Maintain and optimize core tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and internal dashboards.
  • Support in the creation of internal documentation and SOPs for workflows and automations.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve operational systems.

Continuous Improvement Mindset

  • Look for ways to make today’s operations better than yesterday’s.
  • Track efficiency gains and surface insights to leadership.
  • Help Deaglo scale into a technology-forward, process-driven organization.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, automation, technical support, or process optimization.
  • Experience in startups, fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong comfort “executing with a computer” — you enjoy building, configuring, and troubleshooting systems.
  • Working knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, n8n, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts, APIs, or logic-based workflows.
  • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred).

  • Excited about AI and automation and actively experimenting with new tools.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and applying them pragmatically.

Communication & Ownership

  • Clear, concise communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Proactive self-starter who sees problems and fixes them without being asked.

Languages

  • Native-level English required.
  • Spanish proficiency (B2–C1) strongly preferred.
