Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Operations Associate who will also serve as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Leadership Team. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing direct, high-level support to the executive office.

Key Responsabilities

  • Manage Calendars & Scheduling – Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel for the CEO.
  • Oversee Projects & Tasks – Track deadlines, follow up on priorities, and ensure accountability across teams.
  • CRM Setup & Management – Help configure, maintain, and optimize CRM systems to support sales and relationship management.
  • Presentation Creation – Develop and polish PowerPoint/Keynote presentations that clearly communicate strategy, ideas, and insights.
  • AI-Driven Support – Research, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • General Operational Support – Handle day-to-day requests, communications, and operational needs with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

  • Based in or able to commute to Red Bank, New Jersey (in-office role).
  • Previous experience in an operations, administrative, or tech-savvy support role preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with iOS and Apple productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
