Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Operations Associate who will also serve as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Leadership Team. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing direct, high-level support to the executive office.
Key Responsabilities
- Manage Calendars & Scheduling – Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel for the CEO.
- Oversee Projects & Tasks – Track deadlines, follow up on priorities, and ensure accountability across teams.
- CRM Setup & Management – Help configure, maintain, and optimize CRM systems to support sales and relationship management.
- Presentation Creation – Develop and polish PowerPoint/Keynote presentations that clearly communicate strategy, ideas, and insights.
- AI-Driven Support – Research, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
- General Operational Support – Handle day-to-day requests, communications, and operational needs with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- Based in or able to commute to Red Bank, New Jersey (in-office role).
- Previous experience in an operations, administrative, or tech-savvy support role preferred.
- Strong familiarity with iOS and Apple productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
